How do I buy?

Pick your pair here, then tap through to Amazon to complete the order. Payment, delivery address and tracking are all handled by Amazon, so your card details never touch this site.

Why we sell through Amazon: we are a small brand, and we would rather spend our money on the socks than on warehouses. Amazon already has what would take us years to build.

  • Speed. Their fulfilment centres are close to you, so Prime members get free 2-day delivery, and often next-day.
  • Easy returns. 30 days, no questions asked, with box-free and label-free drop-off at thousands of locations.
  • A checkout you already trust. Every order is covered by the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee.
  • Tracking and support. Live tracking in your Amazon account and 24/7 help if anything goes wrong.

Same socks, same price, better logistics than we could run ourselves. As we grow, we will bring more of this in-house.

Who will deliver my order?

Amazon does. Every Tenduu Active order is picked, packed and delivered by Amazon from their own fulfilment network. We never hand your parcel to a third-party courier we cannot track.

  • Dispatch: within 24 hours of your order.
  • Delivery: free 2-day delivery for Prime members; 2 to 3 business days on standard delivery.
  • Shipping cost: free for Prime members, and free on qualifying orders for everyone else.
  • Tracking: in your Amazon account, from dispatch to doorstep.
  • Delivers to: addresses in the United States.
  • If something goes wrong: late, damaged or missing parcels are covered by Amazon support and by our 30-day return promise.

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet. For now we deliver to addresses in the United States only. We are a young brand and we are growing the range first, so international delivery is on the roadmap rather than in the box. If you are outside the US and want a pair, email info@tenduuactive.com and we will tell you the moment your country goes live.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Once your pair ships, estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days, or 2 days with Amazon Prime.

Can I return my order?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day trial. If the socks are not right for you, request a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days directly on Amazon, or reach out to our team.

Do I have to pay import duties or tax?

No. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees and no surprise charges on delivery.

What does one size fits most mean?

Our socks are knit with Lycra stretch fibre that stretches 4 to 7 times without digging in, then springs back and keeps its shape. They fit most feet comfortably: US Men 5.5 to 8, US Women 6 to 11 with the best fit at 6.5 to 9, UK 4.5 to 7, EU 37 to 40.

How do I wash my socks?

Easy. Machine wash cold, then lay flat or tumble dry low. No ironing needed. Avoid bleach and fabric softener so the grip and the fabric stay intact.
