One size fits most: US Women 6-11 (best fit 6.5-9), US Men 5.5-8, UK 4.5-7, EU 37-40.
Knit with Lycra stretch fibre that stretches 4-7 times and springs back, so the cuff hugs without digging in.

Machine wash inside out, warm, on a delicate cycle. Do not bleach or iron. Line dry, or tumble dry on low heat.
Skip fabric softener so the silicone grip stays grippy.

The only socks that work for reformer Pilates…I've tried many others, all slippy! Will only buy these from now on.
Yes I bought a bundle of 8 socks and loved them, I gave 2 friends a pair each from my bundle and they love them too, best socks ever. I realised that the socks I bought previously were no good, they twisted on my feet and it made me nervous when standing on the carriage of the reformer machine. These socks are absolutely brilliant. My friend bought good socks and she said after our last class the socks she bought at 12.00 each were not a patch on the ones I gave her as a present. Absolutely love them.

I love them. They don't slip or move and therefore I feel so much more confident on the reformer that I won't slip off or fall. 10/10 and would definitely recommend.
I think the socks are too thick for my liking and I find that doesn't help me in the mind-body-equipment collection.

These are a gift for my daughter, and they look very nice. She goes to Pilates and said she needed these kind of socks for class. I like to have some for myself for yoga class, but I'll have to wait because it's Christmas time and I'm not buying them for myself.

By far the superior pilates/yoga sock! No slip grip on both sides means no sliding or adjusting to make sure I can keep working thru my entire workout.

The grip is real! Do not have to keep adjusting or sliding off the bar in Pilates. Awesome!!
There is a small hole in the seams of one of the socks after just a couple of wears, but these are so comfortable to wear! They are definitely my most complimented pair - the embroidery details are so pretty.
